By paying for an RTA Cabinets Company invoice, you agree to the terms listed here. Be aware that various factors may influence the estimated arrival date of out-of-stock cabinets, but we will do our best to fulfill your order promptly. If, for any reason, the cabinets do not arrive on time, we will either refund the cost of the affected cabinet or work with you to find a suitable replacement. Requests for replacements are valid within 30 days of receiving your order.
Yes, our cabinets come with a 12-month limited warranty. We guarantee that our cabinets, door hinges, and drawer glides will be free from defects in material and craftsmanship under normal use. The warranty covers residential use only and is non-transferable. It does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or natural aging of wood.
