12-Month Limited Warranty

M&B Sales & Marketing & RTA Cabinet Designs LLC guarantees to the original purchaser that our cabinets, door hinges, and drawer glides will be free from defects in material and craftsmanship under normal use for 12 months (Proof of Purchase required). This warranty is strictly non-transferable and applies only to residential users. Representatives of M&B Sales & Marketing & RTA Cabinet Designs LLC do not have the authority to modify or extend this warranty.

In addition to the standard warranty, customers have the option to purchase an extended warranty that lasts for 3 years. The extended warranty covers the same conditions as the original warranty but provides additional protection for a longer period. For more information on the terms and pricing of the extended warranty, please contact our customer support team.

Please note that this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, or natural disasters. It also excludes coverage for any alterations, improper installations, incorrect handling, environmental factors, or labor costs.

At our discretion, M&B Sales & Marketing & RTA Cabinet Designs LLC may choose to repair or replace any defective product with a similar, functionally equivalent item covered under this warranty. Replacement parts are subject to availability and may differ from the original components. We may require the return of the defective item before issuing a replacement. While M&B Sales & Marketing & RTA Cabinet Designs LLC will cover the cost of the replacement part, customers are responsible for all other related expenses, such as removal, reinstallation, and labor.

Natural variations in wood grain and color are part of its unique beauty and are not considered defects. Environmental factors like light exposure, moisture, or cleaning products can cause wood to darken or mellow over time—this is a natural process and should be expected. This warranty does not cover natural aging, color changes, or inherent characteristics of wood grain.

Some of our cabinet lines include a glazed finish, designed to highlight the door and drawer profiles. Due to the hand-applied nature of glazing, you may notice variations in color, finish, or appearance from one piece to another. This is not a defect but rather a natural outcome of the hand-finishing process. Wood is also prone to expansion and contraction due to climate changes, which can cause minor cracks in painted surfaces at the joints. These occurrences are normal and are not covered by this warranty.

This warranty is valid only within the United States and cannot be transferred. All implied warranties are limited to the shortest period allowed by law or the duration of this warranty, whichever is shorter. This warranty does not cover special, incidental, or consequential damages as permitted by law. Since some states do not allow exclusions or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or on incidental or consequential damages, these limitations may not apply to you. This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, though you may have other rights depending on your state.

To make a warranty claim, please contact the M&B Sales & Marketing & RTA Cabinet Designs LLC supplier from whom you purchased the product. Claims must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and include proof of purchase along with details of the defect.
